This Walgreens is slow but I must say I was compelled to write this review because of the excellent customer service from the pharmacist there, Mike. On several occasions he has called me to let me know he has ordered medication on my behalf or called to answer my questions. This is without me even speaking to him personally or asking him to do this. I sincerely appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and will continue to fill my prescriptions here.

After waiting an hour to get my flu shot, I decided that this Walgreen’s was too inefficient to trust with my health. I left and went elsewhere. In the hour that I waited, one car was served at the drive-thru and a total of 4 customers were served at the counter. When the Phamacist finally spoke to me, the phone rang. Rather than let the assistant answer it, he walked away from me, knowing how long I’d been waiting, and without asking my permission/pardon, he answered the phone. That’s when I left. I told the manager on my way out the door. She said, «I’ll go see what’s going on,» but I didn’t think that was a very customer-friendly response. There was no resolution. This was my only experience at this store. I won’t return. There are too many other better options.
