R & D Plumbing

I do not have a regular plumber and have struggled to find a good one in my area. Using Unilocal I found R and D Plumbing and the responded quickly in the middle of the Christmas and New Years holidays. The people I felt with from the initial phone call to request service to the gentleman that conducted the work, they were all professional, curious, and friendly. The plumber that made the visit to my house was punctual and friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. He assets the repair needed and he clear and honest about what needed to be done. He worked around my personal schedule and was quick and clean with his work. I have finally found my go to plumber from here on. Happy to find a great company with equally great employees making dealing with them a pleasure.

Diron and his dad came and fixed two leaky outdoor faucets, an ornery bathtub handle, and even put an access panel in the ceiling so I could get to my water shutoff more easily. They were friendly, efficient, clean, and reasonably priced. Very easy to communicate with. Although I don’t look forward to any future problems, I will definitely contact them again if the need arises. A+ and THANKS SO MUCH!

I wholeheartedly recommend R&D Plumbing. I have used them almost exclusively over the years for my rental properties and also for my own home. I’ve always found them prompt, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.

R & D plumbing have been helping me for over 18 years. They’re always there when I need them, they’re is reasonably priced. They always get the job done, in a timely manner. They have help renovate three of my bathrooms, they’ve helped with other plumbing issues in the kitchen. Installed a new hot water heater that has been great! I referred them to several people family and friends, and would do so to this day. You want expertise this is the people to go to.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I felt the need too this time as the service was amazing. Diron and I spoke over the phone ad I explained how I needed a new valve along with a new plumbing tube routed over to my new refrigerator.
During arrived promptly in time, he was professional (even during an important call I had to take while he was working).
He was fast and the price was very reasonable.
The work done was very good and neat as you can see in the pics. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

I’m a shift worker working night shift so I used my time to stay awake for this company to come and fix 2 leaking faucets in this house. Prior to that I informed the worker I’d prefer another day due to my sleep schedule and his response was «I don’t think your landlord would like that»? Excuse me? Anyway…
1. He arrived 10 minutes after scheduled time, typically I’m not irritated with that but because I’m losing sleep I was.
2. Did not greet me nor tell me what his name was when entering the house immediately said what’s going on and where is it.
3. Took apart everything then said he had to go buy the parts to fix it, leaving the lights on in each room he was working in (electricty isn’t free)…& once again normally I’m not bothered but right from the beginning the customer service was not there and that’s an additional 30 minutes tacked onto me not getting any sleep.
4. Once he comes back he takes care of everything he says «Bye» not thank you for your time, for using our service, nothing just Bye. And I thought this man was on the phone with someone and they couldn’t hear him but NOPE! He ends up saying «I’m leaving bye» I say okay Thank you and I hear the door shut.

We called them today to schedule a routine job. No rush could be anytime next week. Just used the reviews here to select them. He showed up three hours later did the job in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. Friendly polite and clean. Will certainly call them again when I need a plumber

Water heater install and valve on toilet fixed! Nice guys and efficient with their time! I’m so glad we’ll have more hot water to go around!

We had a last minute issue and these guys were all over it. Super friendly, highly responsive and good people. Highly recommended. No questions, no concerns.

The process of scheduling an appointment was super easy and I appreciated the prompt and professional service. I was apprehensive at first because we all know that when you think about plumbers you get paranoid of what it may cost. Not only was J&D really reasonable but we felt comfortable paying them… knowing our problem was fixed… we won’t hesitate to call them again should we need a plumber… we even took a business card or two to pass along to a friend.

I would have to agree with the other reviews. These guys came in with a great attitude and professionalism. I always try to get local services and this will definitely be another company I will use again. Straight forward and great pricing with no hassle. They took their time to make sure the job was done right and explained everything they did. If someone asked me if they knew anyone who did plumbing, I would recommend R&D.

This is the second time we have used these guys. They are fast, efficient, and affordable! They do such a wonderful job and are very clean.
