Business Owner

Tom was born and raised in Southern Maryland. He was extremely active in high school sports and was and still is an active member in church life. Tom graduated from University of Baltimore with a degree in Criminal Justice. He then attended law school at The American University in Washington, D.C. Tom now resides in Southern Maryland with his wife, Marla, and their three children.
