Bed Bath & Beyond

There’s not much of a selection here. Not a super Bed Bath & Beyond that I’m used to. Needs to be upgraded.

We had gone to BBB just to look around. Ended up finding some great things to decorate our bedroom. We were getting a little frustrated because we couldn’t find the items that were on display. That’s when David P came to our rescue.
David is a great salesman. He offered us advice, was willing to check on items in our home state. I really appreciated his service.

This Bed Bath & Beyond us just like every other BB&B overpriced. If you’re not using a 20% off coupon why bother. I have explained to Customer Service that my 20% coupons have not been coming to my house since I’ve relocated. They are unable to assist me. I filled out another membership slip and I will advise if and when I start receiving my coupons again.

This store definitely needs to be reevaluated when it comes to managment! I was in the Waldorf location yesterday, lines galore and only had 2 registers open. People were complaining and, the employees were just standing around, doing nothing! Further more, their customer service was horrible! I felt like I was bothering these employees. I was there purchasing and, patronizing their store which, gives them a reason to be there, they have a job! I love Bed Bath And Beyond but, almost don’t feel I want to return to this particular store for future purchases, I’ll just go to Target, they are always friendly. I just feel, if you don’t like your job, get another one and, get out of a field you have not business being in to start with which would be the field of customer service! I hope this is read by someone in upper managment who can fix these employees and, how they interact with the customers who make their jobs possible.

What crappy employees. How do you have four employees gossiping in front of the store doing nothing and only one person working the register with a LONG line. After waiting over 5 min and asking for help I sat my stuff down and left the store. I will take y business elsewhere. Pathetic! Why are you paying soo many people to do nothing!

Great store with awesome customer service! We were greeted immediately upon entering the store! We had a return and the cashier was very polite in asking the reason for the return and just very friendly in general.
I was also looking for some storage options and another sales associate (floor) greeted me asking if I needed help. He not only pointed me in the right direction, he led us to what we needed in its exact location!
Check out was fast and easy! Another courteous cashier checked us out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Love this location and will definity be back!

This is the closest Bed Bath & Beyond to Southern Maryland. Smaller than other stores in the chain, but they have most of the same items you’d find at their other stores. Located in an older rundown strip mall.

I never really understood this store. As much as I hate bed and bath items, I love to go in this place. Lol
Its a typical Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Everything you need, want, and shouldn’t buy. The staff are very helpful. The store is kept up. :3)
