After a horrible experience with Sears Home Repair Services (they didn’t show for their appointment and customer service could care less), I found these guys on Unilocal,saw their positive reviews and figured I’d give them a call, even though it was Sunday. They responded immediately and worked with me to get a time that worked with my schedule. They also apologized for not being able to get out there immediately because they had a full install of a new system scheduled and didn’t know how long it would take so couldn’t guarantee they’d make it. On the day of the service, they showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me like I was actually an intelligent person. Price quoted up front (and having done research beforehand, I knew it was within the range of average price for the repair performed) and even mentioned the discount coupon available online. Service (swapping out the condensor fan motor) was performed quickly and the cleaned up after themselves. Very personable and professional service. These guys are now my go-​to guys for HVAC repair/​maintenance.

Eric and Donny showed at the exact time their email said they would. They got both of my units running inside an hour. The cost was less than expected. I will definitely use them in the future.
