History

Established in 2002.

The Right Click was founded in 2002 by Jeremy Walsh in South Kingstown RI. In 2006, the business opened their first service location in the South County Commons. In 2013 a second location at 144 Wayland Avenue in Providence was added. The Right Click now employs 17 people including bench technicians, remote support techs, onsite tech and support staff!

If you have a computer problem, look no further. If you need a new computer, they’ve got you covered. These people will find out your needs and exceed expectations.
These guys have many many years of personal and professional experience with computers and can handle just about anything. I highly recommend dealing with Jay Anthony especially.
Jeremy Walsh the owner is a really cool down to earth guy and his right hand Fran is a joy to deal with. On top of this, they will also do onsite work and remote support.

Excellent service by Tim at The Right Click today. I had 2 — 2gb of RAM installed so my older MAC can keep humming along. He was friendly, knowledgable and did the install right in front of me which was cool to see. Then he started up my laptop to make sure my computer registered the RAM. In and out in about five minutes.
Great service, I will definitely recommend it to all.

Love The Right Click!!! They were knowledgeable and fast (I work in tech so I know a thing or two about Tech Support). While visiting my mother in Rhode Island, my computer (Toshiba) died (wouldn’t boot up). Within 5 minutes, they looked at it and said it was the mother board. Since the computer was still on warranty with BestBuy, they recommended I take it back to BestBuy. However, they transferred some of my files (pictures and other docs) so I wouldn’t be stuck in the interim. My mother has visited them and they have always been incredibly helpful. We recommend them highly.
