Terrible experience when my daughter had her hair highlighted. It was the customer service that was most disappointing. The owner not only failed to return my call when she indicated she would, but she refused to offer a reasonable refund. I am not going to name the stylist because she was nice and understanding about the situation. She was put in the middle. The stylist had to speak with the owner about how to handle the situation and be the one to tell me that the owner would not give a refund of any of the money I spent at her salon. So I spent $ 150(including tip) on a bad highlight where the color was no where near the roots then another $ 200(including tip) to correct the problem just one week later.

I recently started going to Salon by Sharon, and have been a client of Michaela’s. She’s absolutely fantastic, and so wonderful to talk to. She does a great job explaining what is good & bad for your hair. I also love that the salon uses Aveda products(I’m a HUGE fan!). I’ve been recommending the salon to people I know who are looking for some place new.

Nicole is the BEST! Always gives me the best color and cut-always exactly what Im looking for. I trust her to do her own thing with my hair and I always leave happy and looking fabulous. The owner, Sharon is really nice as well. They use Aveda products.
