Outstanding! Both Eric and Megan set a new standard of customer service. I was getting my car repaired after being rear ended at a red light, and was very frustrated with the runaround that the other driver’s insurance company was putting me through. As soon as I contacted Megan, she obtained my repair estimate and ordered parts. She also set up a rental car and arranged for me to be picked up when I brought my car in. Both Eric and Megan kept me updated about the repair process, which involved obtaining a supplemental insurance for additional damage discovered, and they took care of it all. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time, given the delay with getting an insurance agent out to the shop to approve additional repairs in the midst of two back-​to-​back snow storms. My rear bumper looked like new! Eric thoroughly addressed all my additional questions about other
cosmetic repairs I might need to do at some point. He also eased my worries by saying that if the other insurance company gave me trouble for keeping the rental car longer than expected, the shop would cover the cost. What more can you ask for?! I will definitely use this shop for all my autobody needs in the future!

My experience at Precision Auto was wonderful. I dealt mostly with Megan, who was very knowledgable, personable, and helpful. She was able to minimize the inconvenience by arranging a car rental, ordering parts in advance, and dealing with my insurance adjuster when further damage was found. I picked up my car in 10 days (the damage was pretty extensive) and it looked great — they even cleaned it up, inside and out. They also took the time to salvage an important emblem that was on the old bumper.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was in an accident and 20 minutes later called them and they were more concerned if I was all right over getting my business. From the start, nothing but great customer service, my insurance company wanted to use used parts for the repair, and they would not allow that. I called several times to check on the status of the repair and Eric never let on that I was a bother, even though I am sure I was. You would never know that my car was in an accident — looks brand new and the car was returned to me in mint condition. Thank you, Eric and staff, for the exceptional repairs and customer service.

Brought my Audi in here for a bumper replacement and I could not be happier with the result. Not only did Eric go out of his way to keep the costs as low as possible, but the result is incredible. It looks brand new, and all done while I waited. These guys are very accomodating, professional, and (most importantly to me when dealing with my car) honest and upfront. I will definitely be back to these guys for any future needs.
