My specialties are computer hardware and software, video editing, computer diagnostic & repair, networking and TCP/​IP. I have 5 years of experience from my shop at North East which was ISSN which stands for Information Service Setup and Networking.

I am also experienced in * Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.

* Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

* Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

* Configure wide area network (WAN) or local area network (LAN) routers or related equipment.

* Install network software, including security or firewall software.

History

Established in 2015.

Back in 2009, I started 9^th grade at Northeast Metro Tech High School in Wakefield MA. I majored in Information Technology. I learned all about computers and how they worked; everything from fixing hardware to software problems. I found all of this very interesting and fun, and I knew that I wanted to create a business where I could share my knowledge with others that would allow me to help people with their everyday problems. Master Universal Technology was born and here I am willing and ready to take on any challenge you may have.
