History

Established in 1991.

Back in 1991, when I had the sneaking suspicion that the trucking company I was working for was on shaky financial ground, I started my own part time lawn service. Eight years later the trucking company did finally go bankrupt, and Little Rest Landscaping became my full time job. I consider myself very lucky to have built this business to fall back on in order to support my family.

I moved to New England from Pennsylvania in 1983, on a job promotion with my previous employer. Initially I lived in Connecticut, but every weekend I found myself in Rhode Island, and I met my wonderful wife here. The rest, as they say, is history. I love it here despite the dreary winters. The other seasons more than make up for them!
