Went there for lunch today, the owner acted like he didn’t want my business. I’m all set with owners like him. Good luck

I am definitely a fan of this pizza. I won’t say best pizza in Wakefield(that honor is reserved for Bellino’s, and Slice), but I will say BESTCRUST in Wakefield. Great pizza overall, the only reason it only gets a 4⁄5 is that the toppings are only ‘good’. Where Bellino’s uses gourmet toppings/ingredients, Dino’s only uses OK ingredients(better than your average pizza place ingredients, though). Dino’s definitely is an upscale pizza with a fantastic crust, nice ingredients, but a fair price of around $ 20 for a pie. The Proscuitto Supreme is my favorite. A beautiful brick oven treat!

Ordered and picked a sub up here around 3 o’clock on a Sunday. Went in and paid with my card. I received a call around 8:30 that night during the patriots game from the owner asking for my card info accusing me of «putting a limit on my card so it could only be charged 4 cents». He demanded I come in pay since he could not hear me over the phone.(was out watching the patriots game at a bar) had to leave and go outside to give him my card he could charge my card $ 7. Guy was a jerk. I hope his $ 7 was worth it since I won’t be buying their $ 27 calzones anymore for football Sunday…

The food here is good and, since I work nearby, we order take out. They always screw something up! It is always something small like wrong dressing or something, but it is so annoying. It happened again today. Will be looking for a new place.

Ordered a sub for my mother who is in a rehab hospital. She was craving for a chicken parm sub. I picked it up and brought it to her. The chicken parm was an over cooked dried up dead piece of chicken. The provolone cheese had no flavor. I called the guy was defensive didn’t listen to me and offered me something I could come and pick up. There are so many good sub shops in Wakefield and this is not one of them. I would strongly recommend that you choose another sub shop. Sad very sad.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here, maybe I just got lucky with the service, since that’s what the most complaints are about. Anyway, I just ordered from Dino’s for the first time because the bad reviews(sadly) kept me away, but I wanted to try a new place. I also ordered pick up to avoid any of the mentioned delivery disasters. Everything was ready when I arrived, very friendly girl at the checkout. The pepperoni pizza is one of the best pizzas in Wakefield — thin crust Italian with wonderful sauce and flavorful crust. Chicken fingers didn’t seem to be the usual thin, dry frozen stuff, they were plump and moist. Chicken kabob with rice was also very flavorful. Huge portions. So this is definitely a repeat for me, after reading the bad reviews and expecting something less stellar this was a very pleasant surprise.

Horrible service. The owner is an absolute jerk and the service at the counter is more interested in who they are texting on their phone while taking an order than the customer right in front of them. Horribly disappointed and disgusted in the lack of customer service. Beware of this place!

Food is really good here. The pizza isn’t dripping grease. They haven’t messed up any of our orders over the ten times we order the same 3 subs 3 different ways over 10+ time. They also have a large selection too.

I think this place is nice. Digital menu screen, friendly people at the counter. I had a steak and cheese. I also got a Sicilian slice for later. It was all good.

I’m saddened to see that there is even remotely bad reviews about this place. I truly feel it’s due to lack of patience. If you’re coming here to find out about this spot just disregard the negative reviews. This restaurant is hands down of the friendliest and most welcoming restaurants I have ever been too. My company orders from Dino’s with huge orders for over 80 people and the service is incredible. The food is always perfect temperature and it’s appearance is mouth watering! I’m a regular there every week and anything that they have prepared for me is more delicious than the next. The woman who answers the phones is the biggest sweet heart and the owner is an even bigger sweetheart. They even remember my name and some of my orders. It feels great to walk in there and be treated so nice and to know they appreciate your business. The salads are so delicious along with the pizza, wraps, and side orders. I recommend this spot over half of the spots in Wakefield. The menu has everything you can possibly ask for and more. If you ever get a chance you should pop and try something. I’m sure that your needs will be more than met. Keep up the great job guys!

Had a bad experience here would never get a delivery, waited 1& half hours, then called an they said driver just left, then they called and said would actually be another hour. This should have been made clear when order was placed. Then when We complained manager said he didn’t need our business! I ask you is that any way to run a business? Sorry but he sure lost our business.

I personally only had the pizza only one time. Im a major fan of the«steak bomb» and the honey bbq fingers. This is always my «go to» place!

Had it delivered very good time compared to my only other delivery option Lupo’s. Food was great got a margarita pizza, could have used a bit more fresh mozz if I am looking for something. Fair price friendly staff. I will be ordering again to try some other stuff!

I want to know what is in the salad dressing… It is SO good. Not to mention, the salads are big. They make they’re own in house pita bread that comes with them too. My only problem is that not enough dressing is given to top the salads. The subs are standard, but still good.

This place used to be called Greg’s. I thought since it changed its name, they may have changed the way they do business. And I thought that since they received a positive review since the name change, the restaurant may actually be good this time around. No such luck. It has the same clueless owner, and same bad business. I ordered a slice of cheese today and they charged me 3 dollars. When other places in the area are charging 1, 2, or 2.50 for a slice, they have the nerve to charge 3. They give you 2 slices for this price, but it is very bad. Let me explain. The slices are razor thin. The thinnest thin crust since Upper Crust. The crust is razor thin, and the cheese is razor thin. The slices were not flavorful at all. They were absolutely bland. And worst of all, it was a greasefest, just like the last place. I did not get my money’s worth at all. I just took a couple of bites since I was afraid of getting sick. And here is the kicker. I had to wait 5 minutes for this one large slice or 2 slices, however you look at it. 5 minutes. Same bad service, same bad food. And I did not even see a brick oven here either. The only way I may ever go back is if there is another name change. No matter what name you call it, this place is still the worst establishment I have ever visited.

I finally decided to try Dino’s after passing it on the way home nearly every day. I even walked, that’s how close it is to where I live. The pizza menu is huge. They have many unique flavor combinations. They also sell other staples like dinners and subs. I noted some specials when I went to pick up my pizza and they looked yummy so may try one next time. The pizza was huge. My partner and I went with an extra large, and wow, they mean business when they say extra large! I think a large will be more than enough for us in the future. I got one with white sauce that had tomatoes and garlic on top. It was delicious. Normally, I’m not a huge fan of garlic but this pizza tasted amazing. The slices were huge and very filling. And the price was fantastic — same as you’d pay at a lot of other pizza places for a pizza half that size. I can’t wait to go back and try another one of their specialty pizzas!
