Meet the Business Owner
Jack P.
Business Owner
I began working in the food and beverage industry at the age of 14 performing every job imaginable from dishwasher to head chef. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management. From there I pursued a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA.
I now have the pleasure to be the third generation to manage our family owned and operated restaurant on the sandy shores of East Matunuck, RI.
