Quality Plus Automotive Service

Have been coming to Quality Plus for almost 2 years now. They are great! So helpful and ready to explain what is going on with my car. They do not push me to do repairs immediately, unless it ABSOLUTELY needs to be done ASAP. I trust their work, and especially trust Scott, the Service Manager. They are great… fully recommend them!

We totally love Quality Plus. Their work is good and, just as importantly, they are honest. We have been coming here since the late ’90’s and wouldn’t go anywhere else, even though there are other shops that are much closer to our home. They are responsive and I always feel they have a personal interest in making sure that we are satisfied. We are very glad we found them.

Came here twice. Both times they found things that increased my bill while the work is good I guesting the finding things. Bill has doubled both times.

We have been so pleased the past few years after finding Quality Plus Automotive to service our cars. They are honest and stand behind their work. With teenage drivers we have many cars and most with mileage over 100,000. They help us stay on top of upcoming service so we can budget and give us feedback on how the cars are being driven, such as a teen driver that might be riding the brakes. Neighbors of ours have used Quality for many years and we are so grateful they shared their secret with us. Our family highly recommends Quality if you want honest reliable service.

I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander with over 225,000 miles on it. Since I have been a Quality Plus customer for around 9 years I attribute the high mileage attained on my car to their great service. I trust Quality Plus with my auto service and highly recommend them to everyone! I believe they are an honest group who does good work and they help me prioritize «fixes» when I need to. I will always bring my cars here.

Thank you David at work for recommending this place when I urgently needed to get a repair on my Hyundai that I’d been literally whacking into place for years (thanks to the dealership that failed to fix it three times and taught me where to whack under the dash to make the fan work).
Of course the whacking would fail right before the big out-​of-​town wedding where I was going to need to do a lot of driving. Which led me to this recommended place I had never heard of before in Wake Forest. (Note: it’s behind the strip center that has Shuckers and Leli’s Diner).
Called first. Made an appointment for a weekday morning. They don’t work weekends, which while a bit inconvenient for customers also means that they are more likely to have happy employees. When it comes to car repairs, bring on the happy employees!
When I arrived, it didn’t look like a car repair place. Park out front, walk in, give them your key and they take it around to wherever they actually perform their magic. Waiting area is couch-​comfortable with magazines and coffee, but even better is that the shopping center is within walking distance. Breakfast at Leli’s was all I needed to get through my repairs.
LOVED that they made me feel safe, welcome, in good hands and trusting. Knowing my situation they went out of their way to make my repairs happen fast for my needs, not theirs. And the bill seemed quite reasonable for the work that was done.
Am so grateful to have found a place I feel comfortable taking my car to!

I LOVE this place. I have been going here since 2008 for my 2004 Honda Odyssey Mini Van. Josh, Randy, and Scott and the crew in back know their stuff. They made me fall in love with my mini van all over again!!!
Recently, it was acting up and I had a family trip planned to Florida. I wanted the van safe and reliable. Everyone there, listened to my concerns, took in my baby (aka mini van), looked her over, and got back to me in a timely fashion to go over what really needed to be done, should be done or what could wait (nice to have). Their prices are always reasonable, keeping their customers happy and business relationships solid.
This is always my first place I turn to when my baby is acting up. I also rely on their knowledge and seek their opinion while I look around for a new car purchase.
If you can wait while your baby is being serviced, their couch is super comfortable too! Can’t say it enough, that their work on my mini van, really made me enjoy driving it again. Thank you, Thank you!!!

i have been taking my cars to quality plus for almost 10 yrs. the people are wonderful, knowledgeable and do a great job. they are very customer oriented which is very rare these days. they are very reasonable in price and always do a great job. they will go out of their way for you.

Josh and the guys at Quality Plus are great! they have been working on my Odyssey for 9 years and keep it running great. The best part about quality plus is that they are trust worthy!
I also have two Subaru’s that they work on, if you have a Japanese car ask Josh I am sure they will work on it as well.

So, if you drive a Lexus, Acura or Toyota, this is a great little find in Wake Forest. We have two Acuras and a Land Cruiser and this place takes really good care of our cars.
The owners are a father & son team: Randy and Josh. These guys are salt of the earth kind of people. They are straight with you and will tell you which repairs are essential, which ones could wait and for how long, and how much it’ll cost you.
They send out coupons to their customers, which we’ve used nearly every time we’ve taken one of the cars in for routine maintenance.
I can drop my car off at Quality Plus and Josh or Randy will drive me to work and pick me up.
Their prices are totally reasonable and these guys are really quick. I’m so glad that we found these guys. We went through a couple of sketchy mechanics before finding Quality Plus.
