The V– method, RRM is a clinical and physiological treatment used for many reasons. The RMM is unique because it includes so many different therapeutic modalities including Swedish, neuromuscular therapy, pressure-​point treatment, deep tissue, reflexology, and others! History, James is a sole proprietor and has rented space from other business owners since 2009. Offering Therapeutic Massages.

Vision is to work with my wife and establish the wellness areas of our business.

Darlene is an RN for 20 years. She teaches CPR and First Aid, Other skills include, RN Reflexology, Nutritional Consulting, Herbal Consulting, Classes/​Seminars on holistic living, and she is a Certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor.

James has been a hand’s on person for over 35 years providing neck, shoulder and Back massages. His first formal instruction in massage was a basic massage course to enhance his knowledge of modalities and quality of touch in 1994 in Pennsylvania.

In 2008 James completed 500 hours of basic massage instruction with a foundation in Russian Medical Massage at the American European Massage Clinic. Raleigh, NC. Modalities include; Russian Medical Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Recovery, Customized Massage, Eastern & Western Techniques, Hot Stone Massage, Foot Scrubs. Is a Licensed Massage and Bodyworks Therapist, NC License # 8771. Is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
