Hands down, the absolute worst customer service out there. Their tech showed up EXACTLY 7 days late for his appointment to repair our service, and 4 days after we canceled their service. As much as I hate to admit it, Time Warner had a guy installing there’s 5 hours after ordering it on a Sunday.
Do yourself a favor and pass on Prism. One star given only because I had to give something.
