History

Established in 2011.

Diane Mack opened Esthetics by Caris in 2011 to pursue her passion for holistic skincare therapy.

Diane chose the name Caris (khar’-ece) for her company Esthetics by Caris because it captures the inner beauty she strives to bring out in each of her clients through personalized esthetic services. Caris is a Greek word meaning grace, benefit, gift — of manner or act, figurative or spiritual; especially the divine influence upon the heart, and its reflection in life.

A skin care fitness coach, Diane does a thorough skin analysis for each of her clients, including an examination of diet, medication and other relevant factors. She then creates a customized skin care treatment plan and educates clients on ways to build and replenish healthy cells.

Business Owner

Diane Mack provides a holistic approach to skincare with organic and natural treatments that rejuvenate the skin and improve overall health.

She works with her clients to build a customized, therapeutic skincare treatment plan to cleanse impurities, improve capillary flow and improve the skin’s protective barrier function, allowing better moisture retention and protection from environmental stresses.

A licensed esthetician, Diane is certified in chemical peels, microdermabrasion and has been certified in acne protocol.

She is skilled in working with specific skin care problems like acne, rosacea, eczema and hyperpigmentation and has earned her Oncology Esthetics Certification that will allow her to meet the specific skin care needs and challenges of individuals living with cancer.

Prior to beginning her career in esthetics in 2010, Diane worked as a dental assistant for more than 30 years, learning the value of customer service which she still applies today.
