The guy behind the desk was really nice but has no clue about the dry cleaners abilities. I asked if they can get out the coffee stain from my clothes and he said they could… But… They didn’t. I took in a wool skirt for cleaning and they returned it after the cleaning but it looked untouched. The same goes for the black pea coat I took in for basic cleaning. It came back with same odor as when we had taken it in from stains that weren’t visible. We aren’t sure it was actually cleaned though we paid a hefty sum! I give two stars only because the guy treated us well and kindly and service was prompt. The quality of Dry cleaning service deserves negative stars. I used to work at a dry cleaner and tailor shop. This one is not impressive and rather expensive for what you get. Not a good dry cleaner.

Crew needs to take customer service attitude course asap on top of required paying before service rendered. Here’s a clue, folks who get lots of pressed clothes have jobs that require them and the day for most doesn’t start at noon. There are none, I mean no operating hours posted in window or door. A cleaners in suburbia closed at 8:00 am weekdays waited for 10 mins then headed to Heritage cleaners beside Harris Teeter.

If I could give negative stars, I would. These folks have no clue about customer service at all. I took a comforter in on a Monday. After giving me a hard time because I told the clerk honestly that our puppy threw up on it(we had cleaned it up and waited 3 days for it to dry before taking it on in for cleaning) because of «germs», he finally told me it would be ready Friday. So on to Friday. I had the day off and was doing my shopping so I went in about 3pm just to ask if the item was ready for pick up. Without even looking at my ticket, the same clerk said, no. Nice. My husband and I drive back Saturday and not only is it not ready, today’s clerk does not know where it is but will call us… Monday comes, no call. Tuesday I call and ask if they have found this lost comforter. I get the original jerk of a clerk(rhyme intended at this point) who mumbles that it wasn’t lost and is ready for pick up… So… If you have kids, pets or have ever let any bodily fluid of your own touch your clothes, don’t bring them here because they do not welcome those kind of germs. If you want your items back when promised, please do go elsewhere. I would just as soon light my items on fire as bring them back here. And for a dry«cleaning» shop, it sure is filthy. Despite it being about a mile from home, I’ll pass.
