Not good! Made an appointment for 4 people. Still waited another 40 minutes, and then they did everyone one after the other. We left after 2 of our group were finished! If not we would have been there over 4 hours not including the first 40 minutes we waited!

I went in there for a manicure and pedicure. I was a little nervous because of the mixed reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Michelle was my nail tech and did a wonderful job. She was professional, thorough and friendly. I will definitely go back again and I will ask for her by name.

The young lady that did my gel polish French manicure was very friendly. My nails looked great when I left that day. However, they barely lasted a week before starting to peel and lift of the nail near the cuticle. For $ 30 plus tip, I expect them to last longer than a week. I’ve had better luck at other salons. However, it does depend upon the skill of the manicurist. I most likely won’t return, unless I am in a pinch and walk in.

Just relocated from California and figured i would try the most convenient/closest location to my new house. Kind of hesitant at first due to prior reviews, but unlike some other reviewers i had a great experience & a great manicure. Definitely will be my go to spot! And they are right next to harris teeter, so convenient for shopping before/after. Even gave me a new comer price discount $ 13.00 for manicure. i’ll take it!

I’ve been to this place a few different times for pedicures and gel nails. Ever since the first visit I wasn’t sold on the place, but would go back because it was convenient for me. The last time I went and will ever go again I got a pedicure. I always get gel polish on my toes. First, I had to wait almost 45 minutes to even get seated with 5 customers in the place. Then, one of the younger women started to take my gel polish off by peeling it. I have received several gel manicures and pedicures in the past few years and know that this was in correct and damages to nail. For some reason I didn’t say anything at all and that is my fault. One thing I didn’t understand is that she kept doing it after she almost ripped my toe nail completely off and I jumped because it hurt. All she said was«oh, that hurt?» And tried to rip the gel polish from the other side. So I just kept my mouth shut so she could finish as soon as possible and I could leave. Then without saying anything she gets super glue and glues my nail back on and paints over it. I was so upset. I paid and left without a word. Now I have no toe nail(since the super glue and gel Polish did not keep it on) and a horrible dislike for that place.

I am new to the area and this salon was conveniently located to me so I thought I would give it a try. I have never taken the time to write a review but I felt so uncomfortable here that I felt I needed to. When I arrived mid afternoon, there were no other customers in the shop. One employee was making phone calls trying to pay her bills. Another employee asked me what I needed. I wanted a spa pedicure and fake nails I had on from my daughters wedding removed. She seemed less than interested and passed me off to a gentleman for the pedicure. The water was kind of cool but no one asked how it was. I am not one to speak up so I just went with it. I have had numerous awesome spa pedicures in the past and I am not sure this was not just a pedicure… nothing at all special or worth paying extra for. When it came time to remove the fake fingernails… the initial lady reluctantly came and looked at them and attempted to crack a few off. She seemed totally put out and passed me off to a different gentleman who was very patient and good. He was my favorite. The whole time they only spoke their language back and forth and did not seem in any way happy to have a customer. It was an awkward, uncomfortable and relatively unprofessional experience overall to bother coming back. There is a nail shop on about every corner anymore. My friend has since highly recommended a few others down the road in Wake Forest. So much for convenience.
