Meet the Business Owner

Brian S.

Business Owner

With over 40 years experience in all aspects of Manufacturing Brian Shea, began his career in the Residential Manufactured Housing Industry at a small Family owned Manufactured Housing startup Fairmont Homes. Fairmont was founded in 1971 by his father, and industry leader, Jim Shea. Brian joined the company early and worked from ground up, starting on the production line. He later became involved in sales and marketing. Brian served in various positions at the company including Vice President of Fairmont Homes, and President of affiliate Kingsley Homes. He was instrumental in Fairmont’s growth in becoming one of the nations largest housing producers. In 1983 with his father James Shea, Brian became an original founder of Gulf Stream Coach. Brian served in several overseeing roles including marketing, research development, and as a Vice President of Gulf Stream. He managed these roles at Gulf Stream as well as, his other duties at Fairmont Homes.
