Kerv’s Construction is owned and ran by Kevin Van Schaick. He has been in the construction business for over 20 years, his years of experience allow him to move quickly and efficiently. He is well known in the community as an amazing and friendly business owner. Not only does he devote more than 40 hours a week to his business, he has been on the Mad River Valley Ambulance Service since high school! He is also a loving husband and father of three. If you are looking for someone reliable to do any job at a good price and get high quality work, he is the one for you. He can do anything from renovations, plumbing, car work, building of homes, decks, roofs, and more. There is NO job too big or too small!
