Very disappointed. Spent almost $ 50 and our pizza and «flavor» sticks were very bland, and our chocolate chip cookie was undercooked. Never again.

Bad experience today. Ordered over the phone and pick up at the store. It would be faster this way. Instead arrived to find out my order never put into the store. Spend another 15 minutes waiting for my food. Disgruntled customer here!

Ordered delivery and took way too long, so the pizza and wings were cold and rubbery. Do not suggest ordering delivery, eating at Pizza Hut is way better, fresh hot wings, can’t beat it.

I love pizza, but horrible customer service. Was told the order would take 55 minutes to an hour, called 30 – 45 minutes to pick up my order instead of having it delivered and was told that my order was already on its way to my house. 10 minutes later get a call from the delivery guy saying that he’s only leaving Pizza Hut now. Thanks for just trying to take my money for the «delivery fee»

Had another bad experience ordering for take out! They took my phone order for flatbread pizza & told me 15 for pick up. I drove there & they tell me they were calling me up to tell me no Pizza Hut has the flatbreads now! Shouldn’t the person taking my order know what is available? Should I break the law & answer my phone while I drive? All they can say is order something else! Never again!!! Now you know & so will the thousands of my coworkers when I tell my story at work!
