Horrible phone customer service! I called looking for an oil filter wrench for my 2013 tacoma and was told they don’t have «it» in stock and that they have an adjustable one instead. I told said person that if it’s similar to a strap wrench it wouldn’t work and asked him to explain what the adjustable one looks like or how it worked. He refused and kept saying it’s hard to explain and to just come in. I said ok and before I could ask what it’s called so I can look online he hung up on me. When I called back another guy answers and I explain what happened and what im looking for then he puts me on hold for over 13 minutes! Finally a third person picks up and was finally able to describe said «adjustable wrench» and confirmed it wasn’t going to work. Lesson learned… don’t call this store if u have any questions, apparently half the workers there know nothing or are to lazy to find out!

This place has a lot of workers, not like Walmart but enough and for most of it they are all pretty cool I will never go to Napa or anywhere else they have everything for your car and if they don’t they can order it

Service was outstanding. Staff was proactive and took initiative to assist me. Very courteous and helpful staff. Hana was professional and knowledgable and I trust her advice. Very impressed and quite happy that you can receive this level of service and competence at a business. especially now days where common courtesy is not always automatically given. Kudos to this oreilly.

I was greeted 3 times in the first 5 seconds then asked if I needed assistance about 6 times in 2 minutes. Whoa! I hope their like this all the time. It was great!

Since I’ve been going to this store, nothing but positive experience here. This one guy (I think his name is Jonathan) I’ve been working has been super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Went in to O’Rilley’s to buy signal light lens covers for a 2001 Toyota Corolla and they quoted a price of $ 103 each. They said that it was expensive because it was in demand and being ordered by others and also the west coast strike drove prices up. I didn’t realize 2001 Toyota Corolla parts were «in demand» these days.
We thought he was full of it so we went into Carquest to see if they had it. They did. For $ 14 each.
SHOP AROUND FOR DIFFERENT PRICES FIRST. If anyone quotes you a price you think is crazy, it probably is. $ 100+ for 2001 Corolla signal light covers gtfoh.
Needless to say O’Reilly’s has lost a few customers for life.
And if any of you guys from the Waipahu store is reading this, go eat a bag of d**ks. Trying to rip off customers.

Called with questions, and Matt was the one answered the phone to assist me. Very patient and explain answers to my concerns and questions. Overall, Matt is Awesome and have great customer service! He is well knowledgable about parts and does assist where he can. Also, needed a part for my car – he called around and got a delivery check to come in the same day (hour later). Great and convenient place to go to! Ask for Matt!

Return customer who first went to this location out of convenience, but am glad I found this crew. Although this is a common chain store (which I was unaware of), the team here is very friendly and helpful. Most recently, I had my battery tested and replaced by the staff for just over $ 100. Cannot complain about anything, good stock, great team.

Had some awesome service. From calling in and speaking to Kainoa. Then coming in for the parts. Very helpful. They were very busy and got the lines down. Kainoa went to get my parts, 2 others asked if I was being helped. Then Kahana helped me get the Chilton Book. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I always come here for inexpensive parts.

Terrible customer service: they called me liar because I called ahead to see if they could turn rotors. They said yes. I show up 45 minutes later and they couldn’t give me the service they promised on the phone.
I went across the street to carquest and they turned my rotors in 15 minutes as they were closing their shop. The morons at o’riely said it would take an hour.

Came here the other day with my boyfriend because we needed to fix my car. We bought new lights for the taillight, new wires for my headlight, and even a tire fix kit. I don’t really know anything about cars so my boyfriend and I asked someone for help with the tire.
We were helped by Raymond who was extremely helpful. He asked us what was wrong with our tire and we told him a small nail had punctured it and we needed something that could cover the hole when we take it out. He quickly showed us where the tire kits were. The instructions on the back were wrong, so he numbered them the correct way for us and explained the process.
Thanks to him all my cars problems were fixed in one day. Thanks Raymond!

Don’t ask the manager for what’s best for you. Everyone that should know (meaning him) knows Toyotas use 5w30 oil. Sent my gf to grab oil for her car since she was going n he sold her cheap ass 10w30 for regular mileage. She told him had over a hundred thousand miles and he still gave her their brand oil. What a dush! Also sold her their cheap power steering fluid! If your gonna buy something make sure you know what your getting in case there’s more idiots like this guy.

I usually go to this place first for auto parts. They have a pretty good selection and staff are helpful whether you are purchasing or returning items. I remember one time I inquired about a motor oil and they suggested I buy it somewhere else because it’s more expensive here. I still buy other stuff here though. The place is organized, lot’s of items, open late, and has adequate parking.

Since they change owners became a bit more pricey.

you can tell they’ve been doing it soo long because you can tell them the year make and model and they can reference several part numbers at the top of their head. now that’s impressive. from direct replacement OEM quality stuff, to reman, to even aftermarket jerrry-​riggin’ equipment for do-​it-​yourselfers. they got it. and if not, they can order it in for you or find a place on island that has it. not just parts, but tools such as basic wrenches, specialty tools, air tools, compressors etc. and miscelaneous auto needs including carwash supply, air fresheners, polishes sunshades, speakers and stereos. they also honor military discount. all this in a good location

Auto part shopping is hands down the most un-​fun shopping there is out there. Wait, I say this like I have actually gone auto part shopping before, which I have not. I needed to replace a headlight before the holiday weekend to avoid any unneccesary pulling-​over so the hubby insisted we go and get a light so he could change it.
I might change my mind about auto part shopping if it is as easy as it was at Checkers. Not only were we in and out in minutes, but (I think his name was Kalei) offered to change the light which he did very quickly. The hubby nearly declined the offer (what is it with men to deny free service for «man jobs»?) but my good sense overruled his machismo and we enjoyed excellent over-​and-​above service.
