Had to call Billy at 12:30 am due to a flat tire on the freeway. He was at my vehicle in less than 20 minutes and he had me back on the road in about half an hour… best service ever! Thank you Billy

This guy’s is the best! My car has big aluminum rims and I get flat tires often especially from H1 and H2 and Billy is always the one I call. He’s fast friendly and accommodating! Very reasonable pricing always courteous.

Billy helped me tow my broken down motorcycle home in record time with great customer service. He was prompt in answering my initial call and called back to confirm he had the right address and to update me on his whereabouts. His truck has the right setup for motorcycles and he works fast but carefully. Billy even gave me advice on better battery brands and common problems with my model bike. Definitely give him a call for fast, quality towing.

Billy was prompt and helpful once at the location of my bike. The bike was secured, striped down and delivered to the repair shop in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone with any type of motorcycle.

This guy wanted to charge 50 $ to put on a tire… He was a complete jerk. I was like I don’t need you to put on the tire I could do that…, I need to tow my car. He ran off like a little girl and got all but hurt and left… great place to call for a drama queen…

This place is great! I called billy at 5 o clock at night on a Saturday and he came right over to my house grabbed both my tires that had nails in them and repaired both. One of the tires the NEX auto center said they couldn’t even repair. His prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend him for any roadside needs!

I’ve had both my motorcycle and my truck unexpected break down on me, and Billy is the only guy I call. He always comes out, no matter what time it is or where I’m stranded at, and takes care of business.
He’s a straight forward guy who runs a straight forward business. He won’t try to fool you with gimmicks and gets the job done.

Let me just say that Bill is a blessing. My boyfriend and I were stranded all the way at Waimea Bay and had gone through hell to get the right tow truck to help us. Bill was so helpful literally every step of the way, calling to make sure I knew where he was, giving me advice on the best place to take my car at 1am when nobody was open, and just being kind to me when my night had gone horribly wrong! He is absolutely the best guy for the job, will go above and beyond for you and I am so thankful he was the one to pick us up! I would highly recommend his service!

Our car broke down at the Mililani Wal-​mart and we called USSA for road side assistance it was going to take over 2 hours for the tow company USSA chose but we called B&C and Billy was there in about 20 minutes. He was honest and dependable and a very nice guy. We appreciate good service.

On the h1 eastbound she quit on me. Suddenly I found myself in the throws of a minor panic attack WHO DO I CALL NOW???
I called B&C Towing to rescue me from the side of the highway. Within 15 minutes of my call, Billy was on site and had my car loaded up safely. I am very thankful for the recommendation made to me for his towing company. I was not over charged and the quickness that the recovery was performed had my car at the shop within an hour.
Mahalo for the professional service during a stressful time. It’s helps when things run smoothly during times of distress and it doesn’t matter how you spin it, having car problems is more than enough stress than most of us need in our lives.

This is a great towing business! I was stuck on a Sunday night with a blown engine, and despite a very busy night in Oahu for all the tow providers I called, B&C is the only folks that came. Got my car safely and efficiently to the dealer, gave me a ride back to my apartment. Bill is former Military (USMC), and since many of us are on the island, that serves as a token of trust that obviously B&C lives up to! Not only did I get a ride there and back to my home, I had the pleasure of talking to a fellow Marine about cars, work and where the best auto services are on the island.
You can get just about anyone to give you a tow. I would encourage you to use B&C if able, because you know at least from this review, the quality of people is what can make a bad day better! If you’re in a jam on Oahu, call B&C!!!

Billy came over quickly and towed my bike to where I needed it. He’s professional, courteous, and friendly.

All i have to say is Wow. Was a little skeptical reading all the positive reviews of this business. Mainly because I’ve had some unspeakable experiences with salvage yards and tow services. And honestly This review isn’t based on «in person» experience with their company, rather a phone conversation i had with Billy.
Went down like this… Called and left my name and number per his voicemail message. He called back maybe 15 – 20 minutes later and apologized for not returning my call sooner. I asked if they had a bumper for a GM stepside truck. He said they didn’t have any and then referred me to 3 other yards that I might have more luck at. Depending on my location, one in Sand Island, Pearl City, and last Kapolei. He also said that if I didn’t find any on the island, there was an online company that I could try as a last resort. We then started chatting about our truck projects we’ve had in the past. after a few minutes he politely said he was pulling up to a tow site and had to go…
Great Customer Service goes a long way. If i ever run into trouble while riding my Harley or any of my other 3 trucks I will for sure be calling B&C towing, as well as recommending them to anyone in need.

I didn’t use their services but Bill was very helpful on the phone. My dad had a flat tire and he suggested that we call our insurance to get a better deal and suggested where we could have the bike taken after. For that reason I felt the need to post a comment. It’s not everyday you get that kind of service. Our family will most definitely will use them!

These guys were awesome, they were there to my rescue in less than 15 minutes. Loaded my car in 10 and off we went!

Started the afternoon off with a flat tire miles away from home — was able to get that fixed. Then just when you think the day can’t possibly get worse… the vehicle doesn’t start!!!
We called our insurance for roadside assistance and less than 30 mins later we met Bill from B&C Towing. Bill was awesome. We were prepared for a tow but Bill gets in there and is able to get the vehicle started. After starting the vehicle, we waited to see that the vehicle stayed on, then he offered to follow us to make sure we were ok on the road.
Bill was truly a godsend. Problems with your vehicle are no joke. He is as genuine as it gets and certainly knows a lot about cars/​trucks. Bill is familiar with a lot of the shops on Oahu and gave us recommendations. He is worth all 5 stars. Then… just when we needed it most, (what with one horrible thing happening after another) Bill prayed with us. How awesome is that? Thank you Bill ~ blessings to you and your family.

An hour ago my car broke and radiator broke… Sucks. Then I meet Willie from B&C who was the best towing guy on the island. He was affordable, honest, and towed me to a nearby awesome auto service near Costco off H2 called Capital Auto Service… So my sucky day just turned into a awesome day thanks to Willie… Nice to know their is still GREAT people in the world!!! … I wish I had more stars to give him

Had a flat suck in Mililani…3am Sunday morning … no other tow company would come.
B&C Towing and Bill came and got me home. He really makes sure you know that every thing is okay. If you need a tow call B&C Towing they will be there and get you to where u need to be. There is no luck or coincidence, only destiny and faith. Bill of B & C is Hawaii’s #1 auto and motorcycle towing service, all others, no contest. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with my motorcycle. What’s significant is the limited tow companies out there that have the ability to custom tow motorcycles. Bill with his custom tow vehicle is the expert in this field, he also has a motorcycle shop «B & C Custom Cycle». He knows how to handle a bike and is very courteous thru the whole process.
My insurance company called 2 other companies to start off with, both said it would take up to 2 hours for them to get there. Trapped in town, bike battery died, flood warning alert… oh and it was 2 in the morning… Sunday at that.
B & C comes and saves the day, and at that saved me from getting scammed by another towing company.
B & C is as real as it gets.
To tell you the truth, his tow truck (custom built to perfection). (and I’m pretty damn well knowleged on this) but loading my bike on his truck was worry free and on level ground! The loading mechanisim is a sight for itself… i would call roadside just to see it again. LOL.
Bill is very down to earth… and is open to have his brain picked for knowlege and wisdom when it comes to the art of motorcycle.
