If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got in a car accident & they towed my car. When I went to retrieve my items becuz the car was totaled I found that they had stolen everything good out of my car.

Talked to Brian over the phone he was a real jerk and very unhelpful. I was in a accident and got put into a ambulance and when I got out of the er they said they towed my car they told me to this guys place. I asked him how my car was and if I needed to bring a tow truck. All he said is «not my problem, you gotta come down to see how it is.» Very bad service and I will make sure everyone knows it.

My mother-​in-​law went to Kuni’s a while back to get her safety check, since they were near by her house, and the old man (I’m guessing, the owner?) told her «I don’t do safety checks for women». That’s f’d up…

Shady, shady organization. Never voluntarily give them your business. My car was towed from two blocks away and I picked it up within 10 minutes. They charged me $ 75 for the tow and then another $ 45+ for «mileage and storage.» Again, that’s for gas for 0.2 miles and less than 10 minutes of parking in their lot. If you still have any doubt that they are dishonest, consider this: they only accept cash. A towing company that has has the exclusive contract with the city of Honolulu only accepts cash and seemingly creates their rates on the spot. Unbelievable. Someone needs to audit this joke of an establishment, ASAP.

They are thieves, plain and simple. City awarded contract for towing parked cars, had our vehicle towed from Hawaii Kai to their yard in Waimanalo and we arrived before even unhooked from their truck and they charged us over $ 900. Stay away (if you can!)
