Palms Travel Express

I normally do get my tickets via online but when things maybe a little bit more complex I thought of possible getting some expert help.
I called Palms Travel explaining what I have seen so far online but wanted to do more.
As is the person on the other end of the line told me of what her price would be and I gave her a price that was $ 100 less on air fare but this will involve more than just a flight — this will include flights, hotels, cars and different cities combined.
With this said I was asked to visit palm Travel and see what we can do about possible saving overall.
I did just that — I showed up and when it was my turn to get help the person whom I spoke to seem to have a bad attitude towards people that are computer savvy.
She immediately says that by her helping me I would only turn around and buy my tickets online.
Very little was said between us — simply put I did not appreciate the invite only to be pushed away.
In light of this I will never give my business to people like this who had a good chance of getting mine.
