I usually don’t give reviews… unless the service was REALLY bad. This independent contractor happens to meet the criteria for my review.
If you want someone who:
1. asks for payment for the parts in advance instead of billing you for them after they come in
2. doesn’t return your phone calls even when you call him & leave a message everyday
3. keeps putting you off when you DO eventually speak to him («next Friday», then next Friday come & he doesn’t answer or return your calls for another month or 2)
4. says that he has to talk to his supervisor even though Daniel Fowler is the proprietor,
then you’ve found the right person. There are so many independent contractors here & It’s hard to find reliable people on island to do repair work. Because of this experience, I highly suggest finding a reliable company (the kind that hire employees) to do your repair work.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
