I am so grateful to be part of such an amazing team and Yoga family. I have been practicing Yoga for 15 years and teaching for 10 and absolutely love it. Yoga is essential part of my day and life and I am thrilled to be able to help others incorporate into theirs as well.

I currently teach: Lunchtime Yoga, Yogalates, Vinyasa Flo and Tone & Tighten (which is a class that I created that fuses Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training for a fun, well rounded workout).
