We spent so much money at this place and yet I’m still leaving a positive review? What gives? We bought a VW off Craigslist and it turns out the guy who sold it to us took us for a ride. There were so many things with this car from the start. Our fault for not being more experienced car buyers and not getting it checked out before we made the purchase. Chris at Autotech was a huge help when it came to explaining what was wrong with the car. When things kept going wrong(the previous owner had used the wrong type of oil in the car and it caused a lot of problems that would crop up here and there) eventually Chris leveled with us and rather than continue to take more of our money advised we may just want to sell the car or drive it until the oil leak and other problems made it inoperable rather than continue to make small but in the long term necessary repairs. It was a frustrating experience all around, but not on account of Autotech. They were professional and explained everything they proposed fixing in the car letting us know what was or was not a priority.

I have been bringing my Porsche Cayenne here for maintenance, tires and the occasional fix for nearly four years. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient and there’s no shady dealings. Coming from a family of mechanics, I really appreciate the way they run their business. Recommend highly!

Autotech Maui is the only authorized Volkswagen service center in Maui since there is no dealership there. Our clients from Honolulu Volkswagen go there for service and are very happy with the service provided.
