I called to get an estimate for fencing and possibly building a wall around my property in Wailuku. An appointment was made during my lunch hour from work so I proceeded to my property to meet with the representative. He never showed up. I called the company after waiting 15 minutes from the appointment time and was told by the receptionist– «ummmm maybe he forgot, he’s in a meeting.» I asked if he was in the building, she told me, «no». I asked if she could contact him as I was on a tight schedule, and would she please call me back once she reached him. She never called me back, so after another 15 minutes I called back and she told me she was unable to reach him. I asked to be called to reschedule when the representative could plan on keeping an appointment and to date, a week later… I have received NO CALL. If you can’t even have the courtesy to call, I have NO confidence in this company AT ALL.

Was referred from a coworker who’s kitchen they have done. I was scared of renovating due to horrible stories I’ve heard, and being new to the island. Palani really does a 5 star service. Palani is easy to contact, gives you updates, and makes sure I’m pleased with the job. He’s willing to adjust and accommodate to fit the budget and still deliver great customer service and style. I wasn’t present for the whole project, because they do not need a babysitter. They get the job done. He was still willing to help us by referring someone to move a gas line for us, weeks after his job was done. They set a high bar for what I expect from other home services! Bravo!

My experience with Alexanders was awesome! They did a total remodel with me for my home on Maui. On-​time, on budget, quality work — quality staff. We were very happy to do business with them and have referred them to others. Palani is a great guy to work with. Very creative, skilled and high integrity.

We hired this company to do a job and had a signed contract. Two days were spent waiting for a crewmember to show up and they did not. Those days no one answered the phone. The product that was installed was not what was in the contract and we were not told we would not get the product expected nor did we get any type of apology. We would not hire again and again are in search of any reliable, professional contractor on Maui.
