So, I had my Traffic Survival Class today, and I have to say that the instructor, Mike, made the day a lot easier that it could have been. He would crack jokes to keep the mood light, take breaks every 90 minutes or so, and give us good useful information. I did get a little frustrated with people trying to argue why going 5 or 6 miles over the speed limit shouldn’t be considered breaking the law. Really? What part of the word«limit» don’t they get? I’m not saying that I agree with what the speed limit is set at every where in the state, but the rule is the rule. Until the rule changes, you are breaking the rule. Grrr. Also, the two 18 year old girls that had so many tickets(or points) their licenses are already suspended, that were talking, texting, complaining, and not listening really made me nervous about being on the road when(or if) they get their license back. Uh-oh. .. I think I’m getting old. ;-)
