Kurt DJ’d my wedding on 8÷1÷14. I had attended a wedding last year where he DJ’d and was really impressed with him.
He met with me a couple of weeks beforehand to get my music selections. I had no clue about any of this stuff and he had a timeline and followed it to a «T» at the reception! I worried about NOTHING! He ran the timeline, played a great selection of music and got the guests interacting, which was GREAT!
I highly recommend Kurt!

As an event planner I have worked with Kurt several times through my clients, but recently I got the chance to use him on a personal level. Every event the service level was consistent, he got the party up and and dancing, the music selection was awesome! I loved how it took it up a notch and helped make sure the wedding stayed true to the timeline! It was awesome! We are using him again this next week and I can’t wait to report back to y’all!

I was excited to book Kurt because apparently he was voted «Best of Waco». I’m not sure if he’s good at what he does though because HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I book DJ’s all the time. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and quite rude for that matter. This ‘side’ of him showed up after he had cashed my check of course.
I booked and paid in full two months before the event. I then had some complications with the event because my father fell ill and he wasn’t going to make the party. I called Kurt and said I MAY have to cancel and if someone called to book that night to take it. Things worked themselves out and I was in full party planning mode. The party was on July 13^th — I emailed and called him on July 5^th. He texted back saying he was at a gig and would call me the following day. He never did.
The day before the event I though «Oh! I never heard back from the DJ» I called him again — he didn’t pick-​up. I texted him that we were expecting him at the event the next day. Then the texting began. He kept denying that I called and said he called back — we went back and forth. He even had me doubting myself, but I looked back at my records and I was right. I EVEN spoke to AT&T and got ALL incoming & outgoing calls — he NEVER called my back. He kept saying why did you wait till the night before — HELLO, I called you over a week before.
I’ll spare y’all the details, but the bottom line is I would NOT recommend this DJ to my worst enemy and I am looking to take him to small claims court. It’s about the principal of the matter.
