Visiting town for a tennis tournament at Baylor and needed a ride to my hotel at 10p on a rainy Saturday night.
Dispatcher was courteous and called me back to confirm arrival of cab and location.
Cab was clean and driver was friendly. He told me cash only amd nothing more than $ 20 before we left. The dispatcher could have said that before sending the cab out in case i only had a credit card.
We had a nice chat for the few minutes we rode together. Paid my fare, wished him well, and was on my way. Just as I had hoped.

Wow! My cab arrived in approximately 10 minutes. I have never had a cab that fast in this city. I have used this service for over 20 years. Way to go Yellow Cab! One other thing I might point out is that this company has a good record of hiring people who have had setbacks in life, some of their own doing. But, this company gives people a chance to start over. Today I am proud of Yellow Cab. Keep up the good work.

This is apparently the only cab company in town, and boy do they know it. If you have to be somewhere at a certain time, I would schedule the pickup a half hour in advance, regardless of where in Waco you need to go. They are rarely on time, and the attitude of their drivers is hit or miss.
I generally call on them at once every week or two, for guests at my hotel.
