After months of searching for the perfect house for me I finally found one. I went to look at it and was super happy. Relieved that I finally found the place of my dreams, I started the process to start leasing it. I have been renting apartments for 2 years now and have never been late on rent even once. I have a full time job so paying the new rent would be no problem at all. I payed 70 $ for the application fee for me and my boyfriend since it was 35 $ a person. After not hearing from them in a week I finally got a call saying that I was denied because I didn’t have a credit score. So beware. If you don’t have a credit score of at least 600 don’t try to rent through them. They don’t tell you this before they take your money for your application fee.

We have been leasing a high end home in Woodway for the past year. Shamrock has been more than helpful with any repairs that have been needed.
Desiree is the person in the office that we have worked with the most. She has always been friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend their company.

Worst property management group in Waco. Very rude. Will charge you for things that were wrong before you moved in. If you’re going to use them. Do yourself a favor and document everything.
