Reggy-O Detail of Waco

Coming through town and saw the Unilocal reviews and thought… hey…why not? This spot is GREAT! This is the cleanest my car has been since i bought it!

In looking for an alternative to the «other» Waco car wash, I found Reggy. He’s straight up honest, and dependable. I have given him 2 cars to do and have 2 more that need full detail jobs. So far, I am thoroughly impressed. Even my wife said that his job is superior to what we have become painstakingly accustomed to over on Valley Mills. My hat is off to Reggy. He employees men who have had their lives broken by bad choices and offers them a stable job cleaning cars. Way to go Reggy ! I will tell all my friends to stop rubbing that lamp wishing they had a clean car and come on over to you for a job done right.

Really good service. Hand Wash and hand wax 50 $. Same service at magic genie is 110 $! My new spot to wax my black car. Recommended 100%. The only drawback is that they don’t have a waiting area so you have to leave your car and return later.

I was incredibly impressed by this little shop. The staff was super professional and cared greatly about making sure my car was perfect. The wash, wax, and shampoo was expertly done, they got a raspberry smoothie stain out of my light grey upholstery! The poor guy was out in the 28 degree weather washing my car! They are very dedicated and do a great job for an excellent price. Will recommend to everyone.

Don’t let a downtown location or lack of snazzy storefront sway your first impression… Reggy-O’s is a GREAT place to get your car detailed! My husband had used them previously, and when a Living Social offer surfaced for them I couldn’t pass it up. Bought TWO, in fact!
Reggy’s prices are very fair, and though the location is little more than an open lot with a small «office» building… well, what more do you need for an auto detailing outfit? Reggy operates year-​round with several workers. I pass his place of business to/​from work each day, and they are consistently busy. Just a bunch of hard-​working guys happily making a living taking care of YOUR car!
I dropped my car off at 7:30 am (best to call day prior & make sure schedule is open), and Reggy, himself, greeted me and took my phone number for a call-​back when ready. He estimated the full detail would be complete around 1pm… you’ll really want to allow 4 – 5 hours even for a smaller car to ensure mats are nicely dried, etc. They were quite packed on that day, so when I dropped by at 1pm (didn’t wait for the call-​back), I was asked if I could allow a few more minutes to finish up. Fine by me, and I could tell the man working on my vehicle was doing a very thorough job on the grill area at the time.
My car is only 3−½ years old with 90,000 highway miles, and it had never been detailed before… the result was a DREAM! Leather upholstery was so silky-​slippery I felt like wiggling around on the drive home just for the joy of sliding! My mats were pristine… no more doggie pawprints on the backseat… no more cola or coffee drips… every mirror and window was sparkling and spotless… even the trunk looked like it had never held a grocery sack or bag of mulch or muddy shoes. The exterior was so clean I could actually see myself in the door panel! All just perfect, PERFECT! And, even the «hidden» parts like door jambs, under the cupholder insert, etc… all like new.
Next-​to-​best part was «Little Charles» who so proudly showed me his work and sincerely inquired as to my satisfaction. I told him I still had another offer to redeem on my husband’s car, plus I’d definitely be back myself… Little Charles suggested I ask for him in the future and he’d personally make sure I have more great results. You can bet I tipped him quite heavily… please be generous to reward these hard-​working guys who pamper your vehicle for hours!
The BEST part… Little Charles had changed my radio station, which might be an irritant to some. BUT… it was playing «That’s What Makes You Beautiful» when I drove away! I’d have never chosen that station myself… :-)
