Nurses and doctors have been great. the room we had was nice and clean. The doctors were very helpful and kept us up to date on everything.

I am at the hospital now. they saved my life after a heart attack yesterday ! everything and everyone first class. Even the food was good !

Delivered my baby here. Well they delivered, I had a failed VBAC. I’m rating the hospital setting and nursing services, NOT the Waco Women’s Clinic staff.
The Labor/​delivery floor, is remodeled, modern, and doesn’t feel like a hospital at all. Wonderful atmosphere. There is an elevator at the entrance of the hospital, that only goes to the 5^th floor (L&D) The recovery area is also modern, with a Murphy bed, pull out table, lots of sitting area. The shower is a little cramped, but otherwise serves it’s purpose. The nursing staff was absolutely wonderful. Kind, patient, and attentive. Even when I was in labor, we had to bring my daughter with us, and they watched her while I was in the end stages of labor and when I went in for my c-​section so my husband could be with me. The food was great too! I was in a lot of pain, and I wish they had brought my meds before they started to run out. They gave out a lot of diapers, receiving blankets, and stuff for mom to take home. Anything I needed, they were glad to help, even if the nurse wasn’t assigned to me.

While the doctors and nurses were lovely, I have never seen such measly accommodations for the families of critically ill patients. no recliners. No cots. No exceptions when the patient is dying to allow extra visiting hours to say goodbye.
Next project: revamp the ICU waiting area. this is just pathetic.

Love this hospital, never had anything but a great experience here.
My son goes to speech therapy weekly here and he is improving, thanks to their great staff.
He also goes to Dr. Amoro at the pediatric clinic and all the staff, especially the receptionist Jackie, are SO friendly and helpful.
I go to Dr. Burbridge at the Londonderry Clinic and she is so kind and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend.
