Established in 1996.

Our family first moved to Waco in 1973 and have excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. Annette has been a long-​time top-​producing Realtor and very active in civic affairs over her career. Her late husband James was a bank president for almost 20 years before joining her as a very succesful Realtor for 16 years prior to his passing in early 2013. Their son Joel had been a successful top-​producing Realtor in the Dallas market prior to joining The Burns Team in 2003. He has a degree in Marketing from Texas State University, is a Licensed Broker and has been a top producer since joining the team.
