H&R Block

I have been using H & R Block since I moved to Waco five years ago. I started using them back when they were in the shopping center by Georges. They have always been great to me, and I have always been happy with the services they have given me. I have no problem recommending them to friends or family.

The people that work at this H&R Block are rude unprofessional and when you question them about your texts were they not something is right they were make you feel 3 inches tall and that you don’t even know basic mess cuz they’ve been doing it 10 years they forget to tell you that do it 10 years part time 3 months out of the year which only adds for 3 years I would not recommend this H&R Block to anyone that I’ve used H&R Block for 15 years I will no longer doing a job right cuz it’s easier to get it done and cheaper to get it done myself on my own to make sure its done right cuz these people don’t care if its done right I told the manager to make it right for 3 weeks no one returned my call when I finally got him on the phone he wouldn’t shut up long enough to take my number down in to take my mother’s number down I never have to call the manager cookie and I’m still waiting on the call me back if they don’t make it right I’ll let y’all know as of now do not go to you at H&R Block they don’t know what they’re doing it they haven’t done their training up there and if they have they slept through it
