History

Established in 2012.

GT Window Solutions was founded by Gretchen Mikulich and Thomas Crosson. Gretchen was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Waco to attend Baylor University. Thomas was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he started washing windows. After moving to Waco to become a bear, Thomas decided to dust off the old squeegee and get back in business. Thomas’s window washing experience and Gretchen’s passion for entrepreneurship created a great partnership and resulted in GT Window Solutions.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Gretchen moved to Waco to pursue her passion in business at Baylor University. During her time as a Bear she met Thomas Crosson, a window washer from Houston, Texas. Gretchen and Thomas combined his experience in window cleaning and her drive for entrepreneurship to create the number one window cleaning company in Waco, Texas!
