Lance Springman, owner, is the greatest! He is not only the best in his industry… he is honest and fair. If I ever have a question, someone on his staff (if not him), is able to assist me very quickly. If you or your business have any technology needs, he is the guy to call! I trust him completely!

I was very pleased with my experience and overall I trust these guys. I have gone to other places before where they don’t know what they are talking about or are trying to sell me on 5 services that I don’t need or could get for free.
My computer is essential to my job so I will definitely call them if I need help in the future. When calling through the listings to get help, I found that Down To Earth was one of the few that was a real business with an office I could stop by.
