I was really surprised by all the negative reviews. Gregg Sherill was our salesperson and he was fantastic! Worked patiently with us because I changed my mind frequently. The crew that took out the ceramic tile as well as laid the plank floor and carpet were very professional! They cleaned up daily wiping counters etc. The price was a little high but the quality of the product and the installation crew were worth it! I highly recommend this place!

During my remodel I ordered shower tile and pebble flooring for my contractor to pick up from Discount (whom he did not recommend) but I choose to use them being I have had great experiences with Gold Stone. I was quoted a max price before ordering with expediting the shipping. The tile was not delivered on time and the price was over $ 200 more than my quote! I have made several attempts to find out where the price difference came in and the sales associate will not return calls when I do speak to her she says they are so busy and promises to call me back for over a month now. I will never use discount floor again!

discount floors has great quality products, but their customer service is terrible. It takes weeks to get someone to return a simple phone call.
When you go in the store– no prices are listed on the items. you have to meet w a sales person who must write down what you like in a legal pad and look up prices from their office. this took 20 – 30 minutes for them to look up a simple price… seemed ridiculous.
as we are very please with our purchases, it was not worth the headache if dealing with this company. They failed to place an order for our tile, and when they did (a week later) they failed to order enough which caused another week set back waiting for the rest if the order.
Honestly– we had problem after problem with our sales person and even the manager was not in a hurry to get things done.
I would not recommend this place.

Flooring was order & installed. There was miscommunication with the salesperson and when the vinyl plank came in they did not ask my husband or I if we were satisfied with the work performed-​as the owner had said they would do. I had to call them back out and install extra foot molding which was JUST ¾″ round stained for $ 172!!! After the miscommunication with the salesperson I agreed to have the floating floor finished not knowing they would just come out and out ¾″ round down. They did not disclose this. Very unprofessional and communication is non-​existent with this company. Seriously $ 172 for less than 3ft of ¾″ round– floor molding!
