Bob, the guy who handles the packages at this location, is no help at all. I contacted him on Friday, stating that I dropped off a package and it has not updated in the system. He stated that it won’t update until Monday. Fast forward, it has not updated. I called FedEx and they stated that they do not have the package, and that I need to contact Bob again. I called Bob, and he was absolutely no help at all. He did not provide any solution and does not want to take ownership. He wants to do no research and wants to blame everything on FedEx, when in fact, FedEx scans everything. I will be filing a police report and I will make them pay for my package if it doesn’t show up. It is their responsibility to make sure all packages are looked upon, that is why they are a drop off location.
