Kim has been my agent for 10 years. He is professional, attentive, helpful, and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good agent. I totally disagree with the other reviewer. Kim handles my home, vehicles, and has worked with me during tragedy with complete competence and caring.

Staff is super friendly. Kim lafuse is an not a very nice person. He’s extremely snobby and I guess he very condescending towards people that drive nice cars (I don’t have a nice car but my friends do) He’s barely at the office so that’s good? I had no options /​didnt have Unilocal when I first got my car and this was closest I found on google, so I was signed up with them and I was stuck with Kim Lafuse. Wish I never signed up with them, this guy didn’t deserve the commission. I honestly thought all agents are assholes like this until now I have now dealt with two State Farm agents; one in Chicago for my rental condominium owners insurance and California for my homeowners, umbrella, and car insurance. Every single agent wants your business and is so nice and helpful compared to Kim Lafuse. Insurance is already something that’s annoying to deal with and to deal with an agent that’s mean and stuck up is even more frustrating.
