Big O Tires

I let Paul and his crew take care of my Audi and the family Jeep and they’ve always done a great job. Prices are fair when compared to other places and their work has always been quickly completed and done well. My only complaint is their alignments aren’t perfect as the steering wheel is never properly centered. Other than that, a good place to bring your car.

I’ve been to so many car services places before. Nothing ever compares to the service we get here. They have the best service! My husband and I live in Saratoga Springs and we drive all the way out here to this specific location just to get their service. They understand that normal people don’t make an outrageous amount of money and they look for the best and simple solution that doesn’t cost you a lot. We’ve never left spending more than we thought we should.

I brought my car here to have a tire that my boyfriend gave me mounted and balanced. Paul was the nice man that helped me at the desk and let me know I might be waiting for a little bit. I didn’t mind because they looked real busy when I walked in and it was the middle of the day on a Friday. Paul was great and took care of my car for me :) I also let him know I was looking for other used tires for my car because I couldn’t afford a set of brand new tires. He told me that he will keep and eye out for me and call me when they get some used ones in. I’ll be coming back here and recommending this place to anyone looking for great service :) Thanks again Paul :)

Have been going to this big o for sometime and have always been taken care of even though I have only bought a couple of trailer tires from them. After the years of great service I bought a new set of tires for my truck and the service was quick and perfect and on top of that they had the best price in town. Thank you

This Big O has the greatest customer service! My car was not starting very reliably so I took it in. I got there on a very busy day, they said they would run some tests on it and they would call me in a couple of hours. Within the same hour I dropped it off they called and had fixed the problem. When I went back in to pick it up he told me that he wasn’t going to charge me. I was very thankful to have my car back and fixed to fast and by such nice people. 5 stars easy!

I have been here a few times with both of our vehicles and I hate to say it but I wont be back.
Took my car here for some front end work and an alignment. The front end work and replacement parts seemed to go ok but we had to keep bringing the car back because the alignment was WAY off. We would drop off the car and explain the alignment was off and later pick it up after it was «done». After driving out of the parking lot I could tell nothing had been done with the alignment, it was still way off and pulling hard to the right. It took a total of 3 times complaining about the alignment being off before it was done right.
I took my truck here for new shocks and an oil change. When I dropped off my truck I specified a particular brand and model shock for my truck and was told that would not be a problem. When I got the truck back I noticed the new shocks were not the ones I specified and was the reason for why I thought the price was slightly higher than expected. I didn’t bother saying anything about the shocks because they were a slightly better model of shock.
An old habit of mine is that I always check fluid levels and make sure all caps are secure after anyone does an oil change. I checked my truck oil level and noticed the oil was darker and not very fresh. I then noticed nothing had been done under the hood. That dusty greasy film had never been disturbed on any of my fluid caps, including the oil cap. I then noticed the oil filter was the old filter. I checked my receipt and confirmed I paid them for the oil change. I guess they forgot? Took it back and explained how I concluded they didn’t change my oil and they rushed me in and did it real quick and gave me a coupon for another free oil change.
They guys at the front desk are real nice and do have good customer service skills so it pains me to leave a poor review but in the end its about the final product and what rolls out of the shop. I cant go here again and feel good about the service that has been done. I think I would always have that doubt if the work was done right. The guys at the front desk seem knowledgeable and like I said, they are very nice so I think the problem is the guys in the shop area, actually doing the work.

Few months ago I took my car in because I could smell gas in my car and I wasn’t getting the mileage I should be getting. I was told that there was no leak and the smell was due to build up in my exhaust pipe. I had them do a full tune up on the car that costed $ 300. Well 2 months later my car will barely start and now I can really smell has due to the weather getting warmer. So I took it to a mechanic and within 30 seconds found a leak and told me I needed to get it replaced. So I ended up having to pay another $ 630 on what should have been fixed the first time I took it in. I called them back today to let them know they messed up and they said they found the leak, but must have forgotten to tell me about it. And then just said sorry and to give them another chance. Um… No thanks I would much rather take it to someone who knows what the hell they are doing.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and brought it over to these guys. I was in and out in 15 minutes with amazing service. They were all friendly, polite and very professional. I have been to 2 other Big O locations, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I came back to work and told all my co-​workers what a great experience I had! Thank you Big O!

The only reason I’m giving these guys 5 stars is because 6 stars wasn’t available!
I woke up this morning to 3 flat tires on 2 different cars (thanks to the construction across the street).
I brought my tires into Big-​O this morning to have them repaired. 2 of the 3 tires were Big-​O brand tires, so they were covered under warranty… To my surprise they fixed the third tire (not their brand/​warranty) — free of charge!
They quoted me 30 minutes, and had the job done on time.
Thanks to the friendly, prompt, and exceptional service, I’ll be coming back here for all my tire needs.
