I’m not a big fan of the food or service at library pub. It’s a great hangout spot. but they do need to improve on there service and quality of food.

Stopped in with my family for an early dinner. As usual the meal was exactly as expected. The service friendly and prompt.

Fun place to eat! Good Fahitas! Love the multiple TV’s! Relaxing even with all the noise! Good place to watch sports!

We have been here quite a few times now for dinner & trivia as well. The food has been consistently great but I really do not appreciate the unnecessary attitude I’ve received from some of the staff– Sorry to ruin your day by asking for an extra side of ranch.

Love it. Try the burgers and especially the buffalo chicken dip. The BEST appetizer! The service was great too. The waiter even told me what goes on the dip since I have allergies. He actually cared enough to go ask! He suggested it! So awesome of him
I will most definitely be back really soon!

So glad I stopped in had a great time. Our server valarie was great she was pleasant quick and help me come to a decision on how to feed a grumpy child quickly. I will make a point of coming back. Oh yeah the food was really good too

We stopped in late on a Sunday night to Library Pub because they were the only place open past nine in the area that was still serving food. Not too many other customers were present, so we were quickly seated and brought beers by our server. My comrades split the buffalo chicken pizza, while I gorged myself on the buffalo chicken salad. I had been super hangry prior to arriving, but was stuffed upon departure. No problems with service and the food was better than expected (though that is probably a low bar, considering the sorry state of bar salads).

NOT impressed
I saw the wonderful «brags» on the door and windows and decided to stop in. Good news: Service was outstanding. I was very impressed with the server.
Bad news: Avoid the food. I would have included a picture, but I sent the plate back — only to have some manager argue about it with me. Here’s the point… in my lifetime, I have sent not even 5 meals back. He chose to argue.
Bottom line: Nice place. Wonderful servers. Suspect food. Not impressed. Not recommended.

I’d say this is typical bar food, cool place to watch games. Weekends are pretty busy, other days (like Sunday) it can be empty. I’ve been here a couple times food is good, not great. I had boneless wings in Asian and BBQ, Asian sauce was much better, BBQ sauce was something you’d buy at a grocery store. Their regular fries were good nice and crispy. I got their seasoned (spicy) Tater tots, I didn’t like them they were dry and salty. Their burgers are good, I also had their club sandwich it was good but it’s hard to mess up a club sandwich. If you’re looking for a nice place to watch sports and eat reasonably priced food this is a great spot. I enjoy it enough that I’ve come back a few times. So I would recommend giving it try for sure.

This seems like a place you could turn into your own version of Cheers (where everybody knows your name). I’ve been there and feel pretty comfortable reviewing this now. They have good food, by and large, but I wouldn’t recommend getting the offbeat orders on their menu. For example, they have a fettuccine alfredo on their entrees and that was the only pasta order really, and it overall wasn’t as good as you can swing elsewhere in the menu. If you’re sticking to more regular entrees, pizza, burgers or sandwiches, you’ll see pretty consistent performance that’s worth what they charge. The staff there have all been great. The salads, while not mind-​blowing, are respectable and they’re well stocked with alcohol. The large pizza is definitely enough for two with leftovers which is a good value for 17 bucks.

For me this place changes from a two star rating to a three star. There are times when I come to this place and have a great time with no issues but there are other times when I come here I wonder why I even come back.
I have had two bad experiences that I can remember. Recently I went to the LP to have dinner with my family, five of us total. When we asked for a table the hostess said, «There aren’t any available right now.» We asked how long the wait was going to be and she literally said…“I have no idea. There is no way of me knowing.” I’m not kidding that actually happened. She went on to tell us there were two large 30 – 40 person parties coming in and they would occupy most of the table.
I did a little quick math and came to the concussion that those two party were going to occupy ALL of the tables in the entire restaurant. Which meant we weren’t getting sat any time soon. We need up leaving and going to the Social House.
Another bad experience I had was what a lot of other reviewers said and that is the attitude on some of the servers. Simple things like asking for more ketchup and water puts them right over the edge. To which I expressed my discontent.
Overall, I have noticed that since Uptown Grille opened up basically right across the street they have increased their pieces. I think this place is WAY over priced for the quality of food, the ambience, and service. It is not unusual to pay $ 60 for two beers and an entrée.
Oh, and there are way too many TV’s in this joint. Two giant projector and about 15 other TV’s, that what I call overkill.

I like this place. It’s close to my house, the food is consistently good, and they have a good selection of beers on tap. I only had to deal with the waitstaff once and it was fine. The other times I sat at the bar and the bartenders have always been super attentive.
I’ve gotten a variety of things from here, burgers, nachos, salads, all good. The place isn’t pretentious at all but it’s not necessarily a dive either. So it’s a good inbetween. I do think their beer is priced a bit high. Some beers can be $ 7 a pint.

Been here several times over the past couple of years. Typical bar food but great quality. If you’re into salads, they have a nice selection and use quality produce. Family friendly before 9:00 PM or so, then it’s more of the bar atmosphere. I’ve yet to have a bad meal here.

Great times. Solid apps, respectable local craft brews and a fine burger. Helpful and warm staff. And the Tigers were winning the night we were there. Put it on your list.

Great sports bar and venue. Excellent atmosphere to enjoy the games.
Average bar food. Hot and fresh.
Service was a 1 star. There were many empty tables on a Saturday night, and wait staff was hard to find. Bummer, we would have spent more had we been cared for. Better luck next time!

Their burgers are great! I’ve gone here numerous times and the food has always been good. Also the pizza is good. I think on Monday’s they’re half off and on the weekends the burger meals are buy one get one free. :)

The pizza sauce and crust recipe has been changed. It’s much sweeter now… Not my favorite anymore. Time to find a new pizza place. Cheers.

I was a visitor to this side of town… First time at the Library…
It’s okay… decent food… service was a tad below decent…

I’ve been to Library Pub many many times. The food is consistent, and delicious.
This review is SOLELY based on my customer service experience.
I’m going to start by saying who the F do these waitresses think they are? They are judgmental, rude, and have a look on their face if you ask for ANYTHING.
I wish I knew the name of my server and the food runner… But truly, they should be fired.
I was with 3 other girlfriends… I had fish and chips, they all had different food– from the house salad, baked potato soup, and a pizza. When my friends couldn’t decide what they wanted on their pizza, the waitress just stared at us like they were taking up too much of her time. She kept rolling her eyes, and even a few times looked at us all big eyed like «come on!»
Once the order was placed, a food runner came by with a french onion soup… we didn’t order it. When we told her wrong table, she looked at us like we were lying. She continued to stare at us and roll her eyes when we all looked around the table at each other to see if one of us ordered the soup… nope… rude.
Unfortunately, we inconvenienced our waitress by asking her to get us condiments… like more ranch dressing, ketchup and malt vinegar… Oh yeah, and more lemons for our water. How rude of us to ask something like that.
Needless to say, I still left a 20% tip because this waitress has to live… and being in the service industry… I know that waitresses make almost nothing aside from tips… Of course I’ll be back, but maybe not for a while…

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Some have been slower on service than others, but all around it’s consistent.
I haven’t had a bad meal either. I mean, whatever you want I’ve probably tried. Rubens, burgers, sammiches, fries this, tater tots that. Their house salad is very creative, and I love the big portion & bread stick.
Mozzarella cheese bread appetizer is killer. They have great buttermilk ranch. Also, seasoned add on for your fries is key. I always get the seasoned tater tots. YUM!
This is a well established place, with a great following. Pretty much posting my review to add to the star rating. If you are considering this place, just go and order something you normally enjoy at a pub. See how they do it, love it, like it, or hate.
