We are an award-​winning salon and day spa specializing in hair cuts, color, and styling, hair extensions, keratin, facials, massage, and spa mani/​pedi. We offer secluded spa treatment rooms, manicure, and pedicure areas. We have a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere where all will be welcomed with a smile from reception and staff. Our points system will automatically reward you with future credits for referrals, prebooking, retail and other purchases.

History

Established in 2008.

Our goal is to provide a professional, friendly, and family oriented salon and spa business for our clients and staff. Our first location in Hainesport opened in 2000.

I just got the most AMAZING facial from Kara. I got the European facial specifically tailored to my sensitive skin type. (I mean really sensitive). Kara took such great care of my skin that I didn’t not walk out with red spots or irritation, but also got that good deep clean in my pores. After the facial, I walked out feeling so relaxed that I thought I was on a cloud. What a wonderful way to start the weekend. Kara, you will see me next month for another facial for sure!

So I went here less then 2 weeks ago and my nails now sub-​standards. They do a different method of ‘pink and whites’ and it doesn’t last. My nails have become dingy and literally chipped. When I called to set up the appointment they did not alert me that they used non-​traditional acrylic which was annoying because I spent way longer than I should have in the salon!!! Probably won’t be going her again as I like the traditional acrylic.

I’ve been going here for manis and pedis for the past several months and am very impressed with the quality of the service, prices, and welcoming atmosphere. One thing I really like is that they have a reward system where if you pre-​book your next appointment while in the spa, you earn dollars toward future services. Very, very happy I found this place!

I had a gift certificate for a spa pedi, so I came here before a mini tropical vacation to give my toes some TLC before subjecting them to sun and sand…
I had an early morning appointment and it was FREEZING cold in the spa, but my manicurist put a space heater in the pedi room (private room for pedis, with screens between each chair… very nice) so that plus the heated seats in the chair warmed me up quickly. The foot soak didn’t go very deep though, it barely covered my ankles!
I also had a manicure, which lasted my entire vacation (4 days in Puerto Rico, in and out of pools and the ocean…) so I was happy for that.
There was a lot of stuff for sale in the front part of the spa, kind of cluttered it up, but other than that, I enjoyed my Keurig cup of coffee, and my nails and toes looked great!

Back in September I went to Tranquility for a Shellac manicure. At the time Shellac was new and not many places were offering it, so I figured I would make the drive and see what all the fuss was about. The spa is located in a shopping center and looks nice and new. The staff was welcoming and my manicurist was a sweetheart. My Shellac mani came out looking good, though there were a couple bubbles on two of my nails and the French lines a tad uneven. My bill came to $ 42, with $ 7 being added on for French. I am glad I got the service but will continue my search for a better Shellac.

I looked hard for a review about a Brazilian wax place and didn’t find anything so I decided just to risk it and try out Tranquility. I’m so glad I did! They were extremely professional and helpful. Made it much easier on a first timer. Plus it was reasonably priced and they have a rewards program. Definitely recommend!
