History
Established in 2012.
Mirko is a European trained Executive chef with 35 years of experience in the business. He has worked in Italy, France, Monaco, Germany, and Switzerland, as well as the United States. This restaurant is the product of years of study and experience in various European restaurants and from working with true, ethnic European cuisines. Each week features a specials menu based on a particular country or area, and there is a standard menu with over 50 traditionally made European items.

Mirko L.
Business Owner
Mirko had a traditional culinary apprenticeship in Germany, and his classical training brought him through Monte Carlo, France, Switzerland, and Italy. He was then recruited by a French restaurant in Connecticut, and has since worked up and down the east coast, in the Caribbean, and has done consulting work in China. His work has included 5 star restaurants, high end luxury resorts, and casinos.
