History
Established in 1939.
Family owned and operated since 1939, our company was founded by Willi and Elsbeth Koenemann, both from Essen, Germany. Ever since the inception, we always focused on making premium sausages, using the recipes brought from Westphalia, the heart of sausage country. William, the founder’s son, who is now presiding over the family business, has not changed this prescription for success.
