Whittington’s Pump Service

After having trouble with our well in our mountain home I talked to a neighbor of mine and a waitress in a local restaurant and they said that Herman and Ben were the best.
So we called them out and they were there the next day.
They ran all the test and we were informed our 5gpm pump was only putting out 2 gpm after a 1 hour test. They said the well checked out okay.
So within about another two days they were out to pull the pump.
The galvanized pipe was about ½ no good.
All the rust from the pipe dropped to the bottom of our well.
We had a 600 ft well and pump set @ 580′.
They checked the depth and only showed a 580′ depth.
They brought along a bailer for wells and removed 20 ’ of rust and dirt.
WOW what a bunch of ugly stuff.
After doing this they remeasured the depth and yes we have 600′ of well again.
They installed a new 7gpm pump and we went with all plastic pipe and stainless coupler.
We now have 8.5 gpm and still 7.3 gpm after ½ hour.
We had just installed a very expensive Kinetico system but have not used it as old pump was too weak even after Kinectico said we had enough pressure.
Now even with out the water system our iron content in the water went way down.
THIS PUMP COMPANY IS VERY HONEST, COMPETENT AND QUICK SERVICE.
