Honestly I don’t know why people complain about the service here. They are really kind and patient to me and the guy even pointed out one spelling mistake of my resume which I asked his to print for me.

Pretty much every review that has been written about this place is true. The owners are both extremely awkward, the prices are never the same, the quality is mediocre, and every time I go there they are extremely rude with zero communication skills. I really want to like this place because it’s very close to my house. I may still go here if I’m in a very hurried situation but I highly doubt it. After the last time I was there and Patty was helping me a comment she made to me was very unprofessional and rude. I am a very easy customer with very simple projects. After I left I wanted to call back and unleash a world of hurt but I figured what is the point she will not get it anyway. Better not waste my time ANYMORE. Get a clue you are driving customers away and now I know why you’re always empty. I might be able to substitute service for quality but they both suck. Stick to kinkos at least they almost give a crap.

I have used Vista Copy Service only for the fact that it is so close to my house, however, they have taken advantage of me. Their prices are not posted anywhere inside. A few weeks ago I went in there to scan a few pages and I was charged $ 2.00. Today I go in again to scan 2 pages, and this time I was charged $ 5.00! How does that make any sense? I was helped by different people, and I just can’t believe it! If you go here, please ask for their prices FIRST!
