Best service around! We had several quotes from local shops and while I am super leery of anyone in the automotive industry, for whatever reason… I immediately felt that these folks were very honest, gave me an honest assessment and a fair price for the work to be done. When it was discovered that we needed a little more than was initially thought, I didn’t bat an eye. I trusted their recommendation and felt that they did everything they could to give us the best deal possible. They helped us with towing, and even surprised us with a detailed car when we picked it up! Top notch business. Very professional, personable, fair.

My experience at Vista Auto Body was superb! The bumper of my 2012 Hyundai Accent was hit in a parking lot, and the driver was kind enough to leave a phone number. Thank goodness for good people! (I now feel the same way about Tony and Chris at Vista Auto Body!) After getting several quotes from local auto repair shops, I visited Vista Auto Body. Chris had the quote ready in under 10 minutes, and it was certainly the fairest one I’d seen yet.
I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday afternoon, and it was ready by Wednesday. When I picked it up, the scratches, dents, and chipped paint had been replaced with a shiny new bumper. The quality of the body work done was exceptional, including their exact match on the red paint. Check out the photos! They even took the time to wax and buff my entire car… and vacuum the floors… and detail the inside! I felt like I was driving home in a brand new car.
Tony and Chris run their business with integrity and place a great deal of importance on customer satisfaction. It’s a family business, and their honesty, hard work, and customer care are all reflections of this. I would highly recommend Vista Auto Body based on my positive experience there!

Been to Vista Auto Body three times over the last five years for both minor and major repairs. We have always been happy with the quality and speed of the work not to mention the professionalism of the crew. They coordinated all with our insurance company so that was also a plus. Had some long standing cosmetic issues that I finally bit the bullet on and Chris had me out the door with my quote in 10 minutes. Paint matching was on point and my crap factory ford paint job is looking clean again!

It is rare to find a body shop so dedicated to customer satisfaction. The experience I had went above and beyond the «treated as family» cliché.
My vehicle was dropped off 3÷7÷16. Since then, Chris, one of two sons of owner, Tony, kept in contact with me at least once every two to three days with updates on my vehicle until it was finished 3÷23÷16. It made the wait bearable and made me feel at ease that progress was being made.
Moreover, Tony went out of his way to drop me off at Enterprise to pick up the dreaded rental car.
The Pick-​up: When I got to the shop, I was actually remembered! In my past experience, the shops I used seem to forget their customer’s faces after a few weeks.
The Car: The repair looked flawless and paint was professionally color matched (please see attached pictures). Not only did they repair the damage but they also waxed the exterior and detailed the interior which literally made it feel and smell like a new car again on the inside.
Conclusion: Let Vista Auto Body be your solution for all things auto body related. Trust me, you will not regret it.

LOVE this company. DD had a slight accident in Vista with my car so she went to Vista Auto Body for repairs. She was very impressed with the father & son team who helped her. They even drove her to Escondido so she could pick up a rental car on a Saturday since she didn’t have another way to get there. They do a great job. LOVE these guys!

I came to this shop because of their Unilocal rating and I was not disappointed. There’s no other auto body shop I would want to go to. The owner and staff are very courteous, extremely reasonable when it comes to price, and they do quick, beautiful work. I brought my Toyota in after an accident that left my left front headlight bashed in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening and was able to pick it up Wednesday around the same time. Also, I appreciate that this is a family business. I hope I don’t have to get work done on my car again but if I do, I’ll be happy to return to Vista Auto Body.

I was super impressed with the work and timeline at vista auto body. I kept waiting for the «bad news» or updates. I would use their services again in a heartbeat. They detailed the car and everything inside and out looked perfect.

Vista Auto Body has repaired several of my family’s vehicles over the years and they always do a fantastic job. My latest interaction with them didn’t even involve any repairs since my vehicle was totalled, but they still were kind and courteous, holding onto my vehicle until my insurance company completed all of the paperwork. They also gave me great advice on how to handle everything insurance-​wise. Bring your vehicle here, you won’t regret it.

I have brought two cars here and I cannot say enough about the high quality repairs. Chris and Tony are very professional and responsive and go out of their way to be accommodating, even managing insurance communication issues. My cars were not only repaired beautifully and in a timely manner but they were returned to me amazingly clean and detailed. You can’t beat this place.

I’ve known about this shop for 7 years now… I have taken several cars to get repaired here & have not once been disappointed… Tony & Chris are very helpful & they do such an amazing job. Any major damages, they’ll fix it for u with satisfying results… Definitely recommend this shop.

I should have written a review for this great family run business long ago. Tony, Chris and the rest of the crew have worked on cars for me and my family for years. Unfortunately, we are one of his best customers!
Large job or small job, it doesn’t matter, Vista Auto Body will do the job right the first time and take all the pain out of having your car in the shop.
When my Father was rear-​ended at over 40 MPH (thankfully he was not hurt) we thought the virtually new car would have to be replaced… Tony made it like new and he took care of all the paperwork and rental car arrangements.

Let me start by saying that this place is THE only place I will ever bring my car!
I was involved in a little fender bender which was not my fault. It was with a guy with a rental car with no insurance to fix my car. He admitted fault but I needed some estimates. Never did this before. I went to several places some were more & some less. Looked here on Unilocal and the reviews were outstanding! Seemed too good to be true. You know why I chose Vista Auto Body?
When I drove up I was greeted by Tony & Mike. Shook my hand and went over my car with me. The estimate seemed reasonable and I told them I would be back. Needed to get cc# from the guy
Who hit me.
Well it turned out that when they started working on it it was more than they had originally told me but they had told me ahead of time that that would probably happen. They called the guy who hit me & they made it work then I put in some $ for part of it that wasn’t from the accident but really done poorly by someone else so they were going to replace that part also.
In just one week I was called by Tony to come & get my car, it was done already!
Well let me tell you, when that other review said that his car looked brand new, well I know what he is talking about. The car looked amazing and the money I had put in was well worth it!
This is the greatest place! Tony & his wife, Chris and Mike the sons the whole family are so kind, very likable I felt by the time I left that I had known them for years!

So my car was hit in a ‘hit and run’ and Vista Auto Body was the first place I called based solely on the reviews. This place is great! Chris and Tony really took care of my car and kept me updated on any changes that were occurring. In addition to fixing my bumper, I also had some internal work (I had an oil leak) done to get my car back on the road and running smoothly. I will definitely be taking my car back there as well as referring people to them. Thanks again :)!!!

I have brought my VW Jetta here a couple times now, and each time Chris and Tony have done a fantastic job. Their customer service is awesome– both times they have gone above and beyond what I had asked for.
My sister and father have also brought cars here for misc. repairs, and have had the same great experiences. I highly recommend this shop!

I had the driver door and fender on my car replaced here back in January or February of 2014. It should’ve only taken a week but ended up taking two. Ended up losing money by having to keep the rental car I had longer than anticipated. They didn’t order the parts when they said they would and had trouble dealing with my insurance company. I had to step in to help them with that even though I shouldn’t have had to.
The paint job was lousy because there were a bunch of little fish eye bubble spots on the engine hood where it didn’t quite stick. The inside panel on the driver door was also loose and had to take it back to be redone.
At least they did some other things they didn’t have to do to show they go the extra mile. Like get a dent out of the trunk lid, headlight restoration, and clean and detail the inside. They’re family owned and operated, so the customer service was friendly. One of the brothers, I think his name was Chris, was super cute.

I checked the web to find someone to work on my 2005 Scion xB, through these reviews I found Vista Auto Body. I was introduced to Chris, one of the mechanics of the shop and he took excellent care of my car. To be honest I’m not an expert on cars, but Chris explained everything we needed to do in a clear and understandable manner. He had the radiator, water pump, and spark plugs all replaced. He showed me the old parts and explained why they needed to be replaced. Vista Auto Body is extremely thorough and the utmost professionals. If you need work done on your engine Chris and Vista Auto Body are without a doubt where to need to take your car.

I have been going to Vista Auto Body for my car since day one and have never been disappointed. Chris is both personal and professional and really cares about giving the best service possible.
